A class in Fayetteville will give people what they need to know about the challenging process of flipping properties.
Brittany and Kareem Henry have been flipping houses and are now sharing their expertise, telling attendees where they should invest their money and time when they start the task of flipping residential properties. The couple will provide tricks and tips that will allow flippers to make even their most economical choices look attractive and professional. Flyer printing can be used to create handouts for attendees at events like this.
In their presentation, the duo will describe their experiences in the flipping and housing markets, and sharing what they have learned in the process, from how to pick the right flooring material to how to stage a property for viewing quickly, and a low cost. Plus, Brittany will present DIY videos that show participants how to use simple materials to create gorgeous home accessories.
The Henrys are with Maximum One Realtor Partners, but they encourage everyone to attend, including other agents, no matter who they are affiliated with or what brokerage they work for.
