The Café Bakery in Atlanta plans to open a production complex facility in Atlanta. The company will hire 70 employees.
A subsidiary of ZSC Enterprises and Chunara Foods, the new facility will be 31,450 square feet and will boast high-tech production lines. The equipment will be used for mixing, glazing, frying, and baking. There are only 100 of these facilities in the United States.
Shams Charania, Company chief people officer for ZSC Enterprises, says the group is excited to undertake this project in Atlanta and bring new jobs to the city.
Atlanta is a leader in the food industry and we are glad to add a Dunkin’ Donuts supplier production facility to this area, supplying baked goods to over 150 local Dunkin’ Donuts shops in Metro Atlanta.
Governor Brian P. Kemp says he looks forward to seeing the opportunities this new venture creates for workers. The facility is being built to make sure Atlanta shops are supplied with baked goods and the chain supply keeps working effectively. These companies will invest over $10m to build this baked goods facility.
When the facility is built, the company will advertise for baked goods manufacturing, sanitation, and transportation positions, so an uptick of resumés and business card printing is likely in the area.
The Café Bakery will be located at Browns Mill Road Southeast.
