Local city hosts auto and music festival

The “Sir Classic’s May Day Classic Music Festival and eCar and Bike Show” will be taking place in the area this May and auto fans from nearby Atlanta will want to attend.

This annual event is in its 24th year and will bring together cruising, parties, outdoor concerts, and cookouts to form a dynamic atmosphere that continues to grow with each passing year.

The May Day Classic Music Festival will offer a platform for emerging and established artists from the southern rhythm and blues and rap scene to showcase their talents. The founder Sir Classic, and Dictator Record’s C.E.O, envisioned a festival that would capture the energy and excitement reminiscent of Freaknik’s early days while providing a space for community engagement and artistic expression.

Past editions of the festival have featured performances by artists such as Lil Scrappy, Tom Skeemask, Swat Team, M.C. Shy-D, Playa Poncho, among others.

Throughout the festival, attendees will be able to groove to the beats spun by DJs such as DJ Goldfinger, and DJ A-Cee. Their performances will keep the party atmosphere alive and electric. Individuals from the nearby city of Atlanta, Georgia, may also be attending this event. In addition to live music, attendees can enjoy a vibrant bike and car show, featuring customized vehicles with booming sound systems.

General admission tickets to the event will cost $10 with a fee of $2.51. Tickets can be purchased through the Eventbrite listing.

Poster printing can help organizers provide information to attendees about events such as this one.

The event will be taking place on Saturday, May 11th from 10 am to 11:30 pm at The District, located at 1065 Olde Towne Morrow Road, Morrow, Georgia.
