Festival brings a taste of South Asia to Atlanta

Atlanta residents can enjoy a taste of India by visiting the Festival of Chariots 2014. At this three-day event, a sample of the exotic subcontinent of India will be available to attendees over a three-day period in Atlanta's Olmsted Park.

This family-friendly event will offer diverse opportunities for entertainment, with astrology booths, classical Indian dance, music and live theater, as well as henna face and hand painting. Information on Vedic philosophy, yoga demonstrations, and instructions will be available as well. There will be games for the children, and multiple opportunities to view and perhaps purchase work from more than 70 artists.

Banner printing services are a great help in making an event such as this one a success. A banner will remind those who might like to attend of when and where the event will take place, as well as building excitement. Placing Banners across a parade route also give drivers plenty of notice of a street closure.

The Festival of Chariots will take place from June 6th through June 8th. On the 7th, the festival parade will take place in downtown Atlanta from 11am to 2pm. The festival begins at 6pm on Friday and ends at 6pm on Sunday. It is open to the public, and admission is free.
