Throughout the summer season, the Atlanta Botanical Garden will be offering several events.
The nonprofit center’s mission is to educate, research display, and conserve a variety of plant collections.
Newsletter printing and Brochures are one way nonprofit organizations can spread word on upcoming events such as those held at the Atlanta Botanical Garden.
In June, the Gardens will host Endangered Species Day, which will allow attendees to discover rare plants and animals through education and learning. The event will focus on several conservation efforts taking place in the state, and will be held June 3 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Several acts will take the stage this year during the annual Concert in the Garden series. In June, Gladys Knight will entertain on the lawn of the gardens. July will feature Michael Feinstein, who will play music from Frank Sinatra followed by a later concert with Barenaked Ladies, and ending the July concerts on the 23rd will be Brandi Carlile.
August concerts include American Acoustic, Lifehouse with Switchfoot, and ending the August lineup is Buddy Guy. Garrison Keillor will be at the gardens on September 8 with his ‘Love and Comedy’ tour.
Tickets for upcoming events and more detailed information is available on the Atlanta Botanical Gardens website. The Gardens are always looking for volunteers as well to support the various events held throughout the year.
Atlanta Botanical Garden is located at 1345 Piedmont Avenue. They are open Tuesday through Sunday.
