A four-day women's wellness retreat is scheduled for late September in St. Augustine.
Organized by Counselor and Coach Rose Monk, the program will combine educational workshops, wellness practices, and group experiences in a small oceanfront setting designed to accommodate only six participants.
The retreat introduces the NeuroFLO™ method, a program that integrates movement, mindfulness, music, nutrition, guided reflection, and mindset development to help participants strengthen emotional awareness and improve nervous system regulation. Sessions are intended to provide practical strategies for managing stress, building resilience, and developing sustainable wellness habits.
Participants will receive accommodations along with a schedule of activities that includes sunrise yoga, breathwork, a sound bath, a facial massage workshop, an emotional assessment, a mindset reprogramming session, chemistry-inspired art activities, a core alignment workshop, a salt cave experience, a comedy performance, a sunset boat cruise, group discussions, meals, and wellness resources. Additional materials include a yoga mat, earbuds, a journal, an emotional progress chart, a welcome gift, and other retreat supplies intended to support continued practice after the event concludes.
Registration is available through the FLOURISH FORWARD package for $2,366.43. Special pricing may be available for local residents interested in participating in selected activities.
Retreat organizers frequently use Print shops to promote wellness programs, provide schedules, and display informational materials throughout event spaces.
The FLOURISH FORWARD: Women's Beach Retreat – NeuroFLO will be held Friday, September 25, through Monday, September 28. Doors will open at 3:45 p.m., at 7708 A1A South, St. Augustine, Florida.
