A summer camp that specializes in supporting occupational therapy goals for area kids is on offer in Plant City this summer, and it will be welcoming and supportive to each child who takes part.
This outdoor experience will offer a small group style setting, and it will be limited to eight campers who receive occupational therapy (OT) services. Designed for kids who are from ages five to ten, and each participant will receive up to 12 hours of OT support.
Before the camp begins each parent or guardian who registers a child will be asked to help prepare a list individual outcomes and goals, and these will help to guide the counsellors in working with their son or daughter. Many of the activities will be nature-based, and families will receive communications, including photos, daily. At the end of the week, they will also be given a written summary of their child’s accomplishments and challenges.
Even though this summer camp may be a little bit different than the usual, the campers may still appreciate receiving a T-shirt or hoodie printed with its Logo Design. A printer will be able to supply these in full selection of colors and sizes, adding whichever graphic design its customer desires.
Treeline Enrichment will be offering this outdoor camp experience starting on June 7. It will take place at 701 East Sparkman Road in Plant City.
