Plant City’s gardeners help to keep the community it looking its best, and a local event will soon be giving them an opportunity it to learn, meet other green thumbs and even add some new plants to their personal collection.
Even if they are brand new to the art of horticulture, the annual Garden Fest celebration hosted by the Plant City Garden Club will have a lot to offer members of the public. It will be on offer at the Plant City Train Depot and Museum, and both admission and parking are free of charge.
Those who make plans to attend the festivities can count on finding a large selection of plants for sale as well as a chance to ask questions and get lots of gardening tips. Garden art, antiques, crafts and other items will also be on offer, and with so much going on, it’s expected that the gathering will draw a large crowd.
Local vendors who are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity are welcome to submit an application. These will be reviewed by the Garden Club, and the participating businesses and organizations in this sort of function. will be able to distribute Business Cards , Promotional Products and other items.
This year’s Plant City Garden Club Garden Fest in scheduled to bring some extra color to the community on September 26. It will be open from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.
