Succulents are plants well known for their fleshy leaves and ease of care, and they will be the stars of the show during an event that’s been organized by Plant City’s Mulberry Market.
The venue will be offering spring a warm welcome with a succulent planter and seed swap activity, and it will be held during the evening hours. Admission is $45.00 each, and while the materials will be provided, the attendees may bring their own receptacle for their garden if they wish.
The ticket holders can choose from the selection of succulents, cacti, and other plants that will be available, and instructions will be provided so that everyone’s garden can get off to a great start. A seed, rooted cutting, and starts swap had also been scheduled, which may be a boon for both the thrifty gardener and those seeking to add some new cultivars to their own collection. The venue’s greenhouse will be open for browsing as well.
Plant and sips and other hands-on horticultural workshops offer a fun way to get started at gardening. Plant care tips sheets and other materials for a function can be ordered from a local printing services provider.
Mulberry Market will be opening spring season with its Succulent Workshop and Seed Swap on April 11. It will run from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
