Plant City program accepts vendor applications

Applications are currently being accepted to be part of the Last Friday in Downtown program, held in Plant City’s Main Street neighborhood.

The organizer of the initiative explained that this monthly activity gives the city’s small businesses as well as members of its artistic and crafting community a way to connect with locals, and tends to attract a healthy crowd. Entertainment and other fun is included in its agenda, and it is free for the public to attend the celebration.

The festivities will take place in McCall Park, and the vendors who wish to take part will be asked to pay a one-time application fee. After this, a fee of $60 will be charged for each event, and this will reserve a 10x10 foot space. Tables are required, and as the function will be held rain or shine, anyone who takes part may should make sure they are prepared for the weather.

When getting ready for this sort of event, vendors may wish to get in touch with their local printing services company. It will be able to aid in making sure they are prepared to make the most of the opportunity.

Applications to be part of the Last Friday in Downtown program can be forwarded to its organizers through the Plant City Mainstreet website. The group can also be reached via email at director@plantcitymainstreet.com.

As the name suggests, the event takes place on the last Friday of each month (except November and December), meaning the next one is next Friday, February 26.
