Each year, New York City celebrates the arrival of a new year by hosting its annual ball drop, and a Florida city will be offering a similar event that will boast a special twist.
Plant City’s Main Street merchants will be celebrating the arrival of 2025 with the community’s Strawberry Drop, which will see a strawberry that is both animated and brightly lit descend as the crowd cheers and looks on.
The celebration will be family friendly, and there will be fun for all ages. The plans for the evening will see live music performed for the attendees. The strawberry theme carries over from the city’s Strawberry Festival. Communities may choose to organize special events in honor of the arrival of a new year, and these can range from fun parties to mayor’s levees and other meet and greets. A variety of printing services may be required for an activity, and local Print shops will be happy to help.
