The Plant City Last Friday Summer Event on June 27 is only one of a series of monthly outings available to area residents. Aimed at creating immersive, family fun, Last Friday features an evening market, outdoor activities, and a food truck rally. Local artisans will be available to showcase their handmade goods, art work, jewelry, and more. The Plant City Chamber website states:
“It's a perfect blend of family-friendly fun and local charm, making Last Friday the highlight of the month in downtown Plant City.”
This series of events occurs on Friday nights from January through November. Food truck vendors, interested artists and other business leaders are encouraged to reserve exhibit space early, and will be selected to participate based on overall contribution to the event. The event will be held on Friday, June 27th, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM in downtown Plant City. The venue is McCall Park at 100 North Collins Street. The activities are free and no registration is required. Patrons should note that this event will occur rain or shine. Organizers of events such as this one may wish to use poster printing or other printing services to create publicity for their events.
