A special evening for little girls and their fathers, uncles, grandfathers, stepfathers, or another man who is important in their life has been planned, and Plant City residents have been cordially invited to attend.
Each of the girls at the 2nd annual Gabby Cares Inc. Father Daughter Dance will be treated to princess-style treatment. The red carpet will be rolled out for the guests to walk in on, and “Winter in Paris” has been chosen as the theme for the event.
The guests at the function will be able to socialize, dance, and enjoy a meal prepared by one of the area’s top caterers, and those with a sweet tooth can visit the huge dessert station that will be set up for the evening. A printing services provider will be able to supply themed decorations and other items that can add to the overall elegance of a function like this.
While the occasion has been planned to be fun and make memories for all those who come out, it has a more serious purpose in that it will act as a fundraiser for Gabby Cares, Inc., which works to provide care packages and other help for homeless girls all over the world.
Tickets for this enchanted evening are being offered to the public for $40 per father and daughter pair, and it will be held on June 17 at The Regent in Riverview. Additional tickets can be purchased for $20 each.
