The Lakeland Boat Show is taking place on the last weekend of this month.
It will feature plenty of boats for sale, along with relevant accessories, fishing gear, and clothing. There will be a fishing school led by Captain Joe Hebert where people of all ages will have a chance to learn the basics. Several experts will be on hand to hold seminars in subjects such as rig lures, tying knots, and throwing a cast net.
Erick Michaels of Max 98.3 FM will be the special guest.
There will be a variety of vendors on hand, and no doubt local sailing and fishing organizations will be providing information on their programs and services.
There are two special days during this three-day event. Tickets will be ‘two for one’ on Friday, and on Sunday half of the ticket price will go to support the Humane Society of Polk County.
Many of the vendors who will be selling their merchandise, and who will likely come from nearby areas like Plant City, may decide to invest in Promotional Products to hand out to those who stop by their booths.
