New luxury apartment development to come to Orlando
Ground has been broken on a luxury apartment community in Orlando by Aventon Companies, a general contractor and developer of multifamily homes with active projects throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
This new community will be called Aventon Lake Conway and will be off Hoffner Avenue. It will span 23 acres and have a total of 346 units. There will be units with one, two, and three bedrooms featuring high-quality finishes.
Amenities will include a community clubhouse with a games room, a fitness center open 24/7, a pet spa, and a remote working lounge. There will be a resort-style pool courtyard outside the clubhouse. Aventon Lake Conway is a short drive to downtown Orlando and the Orlando Health Campus, as well as just two miles from Orlando International Airport.
Such developments often rely on brochure printing to highlight their features and amenities.
Senior Development Director, Sean Flanagan, said that his company is looking forward to expanding its presence in the Orlando market with a development that will be in the heart of the area and in an ideal spot for working professionals.
The Cormia Design Group, an architectural firm in Orlando, designed Aventon Lake Conway. Beasley and Henley did the interior design, and the landscaping design was carried out by Innovations Design Group.
Aventon Lake Conway is expected to be ready for leasing in the fall of 2025.
