Multi-family community in Orlando purchased by real estate firm

Cypress Run, a multifamily community in Orlando has been purchased by Halstatt Real Estate Partners, a real estate private equity firm. GoldOller Real Estate Investments partnered with Halstatt Real Estate on this purchase. The partnership plans to renovate the property with upgraded interiors that include new countertops and appliances, and updated fixtures and finishes.

News of such acquisitions and more details on planned updates can be disseminated throughout a community with flyer printing.

The managing principal of Halstatt Real Estate Partners, Steven Iannaccone, said:

“Cypress Run represents an opportunity to acquire a well-maintained asset in one of Orlando’s fastest-growing corridors at an attractive basis. The property benefits from durable demand drivers, limited new supply within the submarket, and a business plan that allows us to thoughtfully enhance the community while further positioning the asset within its competitive set.”

Cypress Run is in East Orlando and close to other long-term drivers of the economy, including Lake Nona Medical City of 650 acres and the $6 billion expansion of Orlando International Airport. There has been a limited supply of multi-family communities in the area in recent years, yet it benefits from a growing service-oriented workforce and growing education and healthcare opportunities.

This latest investment marks another successful collaboration between Halstatt and GoldOller, a firm that oversees over 40,000 apartment units in 10 states and has a strong presence across Orlando.
