Childrens hospitals in Orlando earned top rankings

U.S. News & World Report has given the recognition of Best Children’s Hospitals for 2026-2027 to Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies and Orlando Health Children’s Arnold Palmer Hospital.

News of such designations can be made known throughout a city and region with flyer printing.

There were seven specialties for which Orlando Health was among those nationally designated. Among these were pediatric neurosurgery and neurology, pediatric lung and pulmonology surgery, and pediatric endocrinology and diabetes. These designations help parents who have children with life-threatening or rare illnesses and their doctors to make the right choices in selecting hospitals that can treat their children.

The president of Orlando Health Children’s Arnold Palmer Hospital, Justin Williams, said:

“Being named a Best Children’s Hospital for the 17th consecutive year is an incredible honor, and a testament to the exceptional care our team provides across numerous pediatric specialties… We are proud to be a trusted destination for children and families, delivering world-class care that improves lives and helps shape healthier futures.”

RTI International, a consulting and research firm based in North Carolina, works with U.S. News to collect and analyze data from children’s hospitals in addition to thousands of pediatric specialists. Among the factors that contribute to being named a “best” are expert opinion among pediatric specialists, quality and level of hospital resources with a direct relationship to patient care, and clinical outcomes.
