Colombian music act comes to Orlando

Bomba Estéreo is going on tour and will perform in Orlando in September.

The Colombian band was started by Simόn Mejía in 2005. They are influenced by the groups Bloque de Busqueda and Sidestepper and play mostly Alternative Dance, Electro, Psychedelic Pop, and Cumbia music. They have released 6 studio albums and were nominated for 6 Latin Grammy Awards. Their new album, “Deja”, has 12 songs and was released in 2021. It is an ode to the four elements of nature; earth, water, fire, and air.

Deja features mainly spoken word tracks and includes collaborations with Bad Bunny, Leonel Garcia, Yemi Alade, and Okan. The band will visit over 25 cities, such as Toronto, Los Angeles, and Campo Pequeno in Portugal. The tour will start on August 17, 2022, and end on December 3, 2022, in Es Caló, Spain. Tickets are on sale and start at $45 each.
