Tiny houses explored in Orlando festival

For those in any way curious in the tiny house lifestyle, an event coming to Orlando will inform them all about the craze.

The Florida Tiny House Festival, which is put on by United Tiny House, is in its fourth year and will be at the new location at Bill Frederick Park at Turkey Lake. The weekend will provide information about living in a small house, presented in an entertaining fashion. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to tour, learn about, and connect with others who live in tiny houses, along with builders and vendors. Promotional products for this event would accomplish the marketing objective.

At this event, participants will have the chance to tour all types of tiny houses, from ones on wheels to van conversions, to gypsy wagons to other innovations. In addition, talks will be given as well as workshops set up from downsizing to building to zoning. To round out the event, there will be live music, tasty food from food trucks, and other vendors.

Admission for children ages 12 and under is free. Police officers, veterans, firefighters, and military personnel also have free admission upon proof of status. Pets on leashes are welcome, provided owners clean up after them. The event is held rain or shine.

Full price tickets are $20 for a one-day pass. For a three-day pass, tickets are $25. The hours are Friday, November 22 from 12:00pm to 8:00pm, and Saturday, November 23, and Sunday, November 24 from 10:00am to 6:00pm. An additional fee of $4 is charged by Bill Fredrick Park at Turkey Lake for entrance to the park.
