To be called Crest on University, the project will feature layouts with one, two, four, and five bedrooms as well as studio apartments that will be fully furnished. Amenities will include collaborative and decimated study environments and an Academic Success Center; wellness and fitness facilities; a resort style pool and spa; outdoor fire pits, kitchens, and recreational areas; landscaped outdoor gathering places and courtyards; and resident lounges and clubrooms.
Renderings of the project highlight vibrant social spaces, modern interiors, and designs to create a student living experience that is more elevated. Students will be minutes away from the main campus of UCF and have readily access to entertainment, dining, and retail establishments. Such projects can benefit from brochure printing to promote its many amenities and features and close proximity to campus.
Chief development officer at ACC, James Wilhelm, said:
“Crest on University reflects ACC’s continued focus on delivering purpose-built communities that support how today’s students live, study and connect.”
He added that Crets is designed to enhance the student experience as well as meet the strong student demand for housing close to campus.
ACC expects the project to be completed for the fall semester of next year.
