New apartment complex to be built in Orlando

Construction financing for Emi on 50 in Orlando has been arranged by JLL Capital Markets.

Terian Development is the developer and was represented by JLL. Terian Development is the development arm of Terian Group.

This project will be a multi-family community nine stories tall and will have 336 units spanning a total of 580,000 square feet. There will be studio apartments and units with one, two, and three bedrooms as well as townhouses and live/work units that can accommodate the ever-changing needs of those living in an urban environment.

The inspiration for the project draws from Scandinavian and Japanese aesthetics to create a calm residential environment. Precast concrete will be used to construct the apartments. A sunset terrace and rooftop pool, a Japanese courtyard garden, elevated wellness center and pickleball courts, a lounge with a speakeasy atmosphere, smart-home integrations, and coworking loft spaces are among the amenities that will be included in the apartment complex.

Emi on 50 is on the southeast corner of Hampton Drive and East Colonial. Within easy access are the Mills 50 district with public murals and Michelin Guide restaurants as well as downtown Orlando. Major hubs of employment are also nearby as well as Orlando Health’s medical campus and other key corporations.

Such new residential projects can benefit from brochure printing to provide more details about features of the units and overall amenities.

The project is expected to be completed in 2028.
