An upcoming conference in Orlando will bring together businesses and professionals involved in shipping and logistics, particularly users of the HighJump software platform with the hopes of deepening their understanding of the technology that powers their work and the global supply chain.
The event, called Elevate, will take place over four days this March. The keynote address will be given by Jamie Clarke, whose diverse achievements include working as a performance coach for the 2018 Stanley Cup champion Washington Capitals, climbing Mount Everest twice, and finding time to work for companies like IBM in between. Other speakers include Julian Guthrie, whose best-selling Books describe the history of Silicon Valley, and Chad Collins and Sean Elliott of HighJump. The main topic will be the global supply chain that allows for the widespread availability of consumer and industrial products.
Like most business conferences, Elevate will consist of a series of seminars and workshops on emerging trends in the industry, with many dealing with HighJump specific topics. Conferences are often a prime opportunity for networking, with printing services frequently used beforehand for resumé and business card printing. Elevate will further provide networking opportunities with a Women Leaders in Supply Chain Lunch and the Roarin’ 20s Customer Appreciation Party, including many big-name retail clients like Labatt and Hunt Brothers Pizza.
