What's Happening in Orlando, FL…

Orlando is going all out for the holiday season both inside the theme parks and beyond the borders, with light displays and gingerbread houses among the attractions.

At Walt Disney World, along with the Christmas trees, lights, and decorations, there will be a ‘Frozen’ theme. Each night, Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf, from the movie turn Cinderella’s Castle into an ice palace that shimmers in the night and a ‘Frozen’ sing-along celebration. Guests can expect to see millions of twinkling lights accompanying holiday tunes at the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights.

At Universal Orlando, the Grinch reins for the holiday season with a special stage showing of ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas’. The Macy’s Holiday Parade features balloons shipped from the Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, and Mannheim Steamroller will be performing its versions of some traditional holiday favorites.

Outside the theme parks, the Orlando Museum of Art will host a Festival of Trees with dozens of decorated wreaths, trees, and gingerbread houses. Gaylord Palms hosts hand-carved ice sculptures created by 40 artists in the theme of ‘The Nutcracker’. There will also be an ice-carving station, four ice slides, and Alpine Rush snow tubing.

Most likely, the organizers of each of these are turning to poster printing services to inform visitors of these activities so they can plan their trips and make the most of what the city has to offer.
