After a time of boom, the Miami condo market is in something of a slump. A local condo expert will be leading a guided tour of some of these properties and explain the potential investment opportunities to be had in the city.
Those who purchase a ticket for the occasion will be hopping aboard a bus so they can tour the city in comfort. As they go, Peter Zalewski will provide narration, pointing out the different developments in Greater Downtown Miami, and he will also answer questions from the group.
The schedule for the day includes a three-hour bus tour. During the ride, there will be analysis provided about the current real estate market and projections for its future. Afterwards, Zalewski will be on hand for private consultations.
