In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SOBEWFF) in Miami, the Masters of Fire grilling event will return as a special showcase.
The SOBEWFF is a four-day destination event that showcases the world’s premier chefs and mixologists, as well as top wine and spirits producers. The glamorous culinary event attracts a star-studded guest list, with both hospitality industry heavyweights and celebrity personalities making appearances each year. The 25th anniversary event will feature special exhibitions such as the Masters of Fire event.
The outdoor cooking experience will have Food Network Star Tyler Florence introducing a lineup of talented chefs showcasing their exemplary grilling skills, exhibiting their own creative twists on time-honored methods of grilling. Chefs participating include Victor Albisu of Electric Bull, Danielle Peacock of Peacock’s Pantry Boutique Catering, Sean Brasel of Meat Market, Ray Esperson of La Porka Nostra, plus many others.

The Masters of Fire event is slated for February 21 from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm. It will be held at the American Airlines North Venue, located at Lincoln Road Lifeguard Tower, 1601 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach.
