This September, the 2026 Latina Leadership Summit will take place in Miami with the purpose of celebrating the bold voices and inspiring stories of Latina leadership in the area and boosting the success of aspiring leaders.
The conference is hosted by a nonprofit organization called L500, which works to elevate and empower Latinas in executive leadership roles. The summit had in previous years attracted more than 80 prominent speakers who share meaningful insights and professional development tips to the hundreds of attendees at the event. Organizers of the summit this year anticipate about 120 in-person attendees and around 300 virtual participants.
The theme of this year's summit will be Lead Forward, which will focus on encouraging Latina leaders to embrace the fast-paced technologies of our present and near future with confidence and purpose. Technologies such as AI are swiftly shaping the way people lead, work, and innovate. The summit workshops and presentations will delve into how to harness this power while also staying true to the human skills and methods that inspire team trust and strengthen human relationships.
