This May, the Miami Pixel Symphony will present the Sailor Moon: Live in Concert – A Symphonic Celebration, which will celebrate the Japanese anime series Sailor Moon through a full orchestral telling of the story.
Miami Pixel Symphony is a full orchestra ensemble that has won two Emmy awards since its inception in 2024. It is composed of musicians who work to dispel misconceptions about anime and video game music. Its mission is to illustrate the emotional and creative richness of music from various video games and anime, and inspire audiences to explore the diversity of these art and storytelling media through music.
The event will showcase the Japanese animation series Sailor Moon, which became popularized in the US in the 1990s and has become a beloved childhood series, especially to the Millennial generation. The concert will be a cinematic concert experience following the plot of the first series and based upon the anime soundtrack. The original English singing voice, Jennifer Cihi, will also be featured.
Concert events like this will often offer printed programs for audience members that detail the song list and performances. Organizers may decide to visit local Print shops with brochure printing services to create these.
The Sailor Moon concert is scheduled for Saturday, May 9, beginning at 7:00 pm. It will be held at Lehman Theater, located at 11380 Northwest 27th Avenue, Miami.
