Florida International University’s (FIU) Hollo School of Real Estate will hold the REact 2022 Conference in Miami next month to explore the emerging trends in the real estate and tech investment.
The conference will shed light on the real estate and technology investment trends occurring in the Miami landscape that became supercharged thanks to the pandemic. Experts in the field will discuss how Miami’s favorable business environment, coupled with the surging popularity in remote work and virtual technologies, has created a fertile ground for diversified economic growth.
The event will feature breakfast and a networking session to kick off the day’s events. After opening remarks, there will be panels discussing the relationship between technology and the real estate industry and how Miami can be both a boom and bust city. Attendees will enjoy a networking lunch and then listen to a keynote speech entitled State of the Region. Other topics to be discussed include new real estate research and how to address the needs of a changing world.
