Miami pizzeria Fratelli La Bufala is continuing its first Tuesday Pizza Making Classes into August for visitors and locals alike to enjoy a social evening of cooking and eating.
Founded in 2005, Fratelli La Bufala was the first Neapolitan pizzeria restaurant in Miami. It is now a popular staple of Miami Beach, serving up a wide variety of Neapolitan pizzas, calzones, pastas, and desserts. The restaurant also hosts various special events and classes like this one.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to make pizzas from Fratelli’s expert pizza maker. The instructor will guide participants through how to make and stretch their own pizza dough by utilizing Neapolitan hand techniques, as well as how to properly wood-fire bake their 12-inch pizza.
During the class, students will receive a complimentary glass of prosecco and tasty small bites such as fresh bruschetta, mini meatballs, and cacio and pepe (cheese and pepper) chips. There will also be a 50% discount on all wine bottles. After the class, students will earn a certificate of completion.
Organizers of classes that give out printed certificates often require the services of local Stationery printers to help with the certificate printing process.
The pizza class is scheduled for August 2 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Fratelli is located on 437 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach. Class registration is $69.
