The Harmony Store in Miami will host the Chakra Crystal Clearing and Sound Meditation event this December for those interested in deep relaxation techniques.
The store is offering the class as a community event, and there is no fee to participate. Michelle Alva, a Mindset & Intimacy Coach, will lead the class through a relaxation and cleansing journey based on ancient beliefs about chakras and energy healing. Attendees are asked to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, and a journal to jot thoughts down on.
Michelle will begin the class with Native American flute sounds to steady the breath and Shamanic drumbeats to relax the heart. She will incorporate chakra crystals and healing tones to further draw the class into a deep meditative state. During the session, attendees will learn about energy centers and how to energize and harmonize them using tones, affirmations, and chakra sound healing. Students will also learn expansive breathing exercises to calm the nervous system.
