Although the free coffee giveaways on National Coffee Day are already over, Oktoberfest is still just around the corner. Once again, Miami will be hosting an exhibition of premium craft beers at the Cruz Building in Coconut Grove.
Also known as the Craft Spirits Festival, it offers patrons over 120 different types of spirits, gins, liqueurs, and cocktails, brewed by local bartenders and leading spirit brands alike. Starting on October 12, participants can enjoy the grand tasting, which includes a complimentary happy hour dinner and live band performances.
More dedicated beer enthusiasts can look forward to Miami’s annual Grovetoberfest at Regatta Park, featuring a Star Wars-themed beer festival, where many famous breweries, such as Goose Island and Hidden Springs, will gather together to pour out over 500 flavors of craft beer for the guests. Food truck vendors, or those hosting Arts & Crafts activities, are encouraged to apply as well so they can reserve a tent. General admission and VIP tickets are now available, though everyone attending the event will get a chance to watch the stage concert or browse the stands for some shot glass souvenirs to take home.
