Melbourne’s historic Riverview Village, Inc. will soon have the whole town hopping when it hosts a special Easter-themed event for area families.
Green Gables, which is one of the buildings at the venue, will be welcoming the public for its third annual Easter Egg Hunt. Tickets may be reserved in advance starting at $12.51, including fees and taxes, and the proceeds from the day will be used by the organizers to support and improve its living history museum.
Kids who attend the function will be able to hunt for hidden eggs, and while they enjoy themselves, their parents or guardians will be able to snap some fun photos. A special backdrop will be prepared to use for photo ops, and whoever finds the golden egg will win a special prize.
Along with the search for eggs, kids will be invited to make a craft, enjoy the entertainment, and have fun. Welcome Banners and other custom prepared decorations for an activity can be ordered from a local banner printing company.
This community celebration is set to kick off at 10:00 am on April 1. It will be taking place at 1501 South Harbor City Boulevard in Melbourne. Tickets to participate may be reserved virtually through the Green Gables website or by visiting Eventbrite’s online ticketing service.
