Local studio gets creative

The Painting with a Twist studio will host a paint and candle-making session in Melbourne this July.

The theme for this event is the “Skyway Starry Night,” and it will give patrons the opportunity to create a rendition of Vincent Van Gogh’s “Starry Night.” There will be experts to guide students along every step of the way. The venue will also provide all painting and candle-making materials.

Attendees are welcome to bring along wine or beer, although spirits are not permitted, and some light snacks for refreshments. The studio offers ample space for a relaxing, educational, and creative evening. Creators are free to take home whatever pieces they make.

The event is open to those who are 14 years of age and older. Those who are consuming alcohol must be over 21 years of age. The organizers advise that seating preferences are to be noted during the registration process.
