Those in Lutz ready to get into the cozy fall season should note that the Pumpkin After Dark: Mosaic Lantern Workshop will be held in town this October.
Tampa Bae Social will present the session as part of its series of community crafting workshops. The club is described as a welcoming, women-centered space where participants can explore their creativity, forge new connections, and learn interesting skills. The events range from intentional crafting nights to uplifting social experiences, and the Pumpkin After Dark is an example of what Tampa Bae Social can offer to the Lutz/Tampa Bay community.
The hands-on mosaic workshop will teach attendees how to transform a glass globe into a glowing pumpkin lantern dotted with black mosaic pieces and orange glass seed beads. All supplies, including antique brass-finish lamp bases, decorated metal tops, LED bulbs, protective gloves, and design templates, will be provided. The class is designed to be beginner-friendly and welcomes couples, groups, and solo participants.
Workshop organizers that provide their students with printed Brochures or templates for certain crafts may decide to visit their local Print shops specializing in brochure printing services.
The workshop is scheduled for Saturday, October 3 from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. It will be held at Raining Berries, located at 25595 Sierra Center Boulevard, Lutz. General admission is $65 per person.
