The 8th Annual Hillsborough Fire & EMS Museum's Classic Car Show will soon be held in Lutz for the enjoyment of the community.
The Fire & EMS Museum’s Classic Car Show is a beloved part of Lutz traditions, especially for local car and history buffs. The Hillsborough Fire and EMS Museum was founded back in 2017 with the mission to keep the history of the fire and other emergency services in the county intact. The car show helps with these efforts by raising money for the museum, as well as providing an opportunity for car owners to display their vehicles for the admiration and education of the public.
The show will feature first responder vehicles, trucks, jeeps, and other cars. Judges will rate each vehicle and hand out trophies according to the winning vehicles. The event will also feature fire safety displays, music, raffles, and food and drinks. The show will take place rain or shine.
Events that involve raffles will often call upon local businesses interested in sponsoring the event to donate Promotional Products as part of their sponsorship activities.
This year’s show will take place on Saturday, March 7, beginning at 8:00 am. Awards will be held at 1:00 pm. The event will be held at Lutz Family Church located at 960 West Lutz Lake Fern Road.
