Educera Inc will host classroom training in conflict management in Lakeland late next month.
Often, people who have to work together have different goals and characteristics. Sometimes, this is in a group or in the same field. Conflict is bound to happen and can turn into rage, grudges, and a negative effect on the work environment. Supervisors must resolve conflicts in the workplace and encourage cooperation before the conflict becomes unruly.
The communication skills and conflict management workshop lasts for one day. Attendees will learn practical stress management and leadership skills so they can become more successful. They will be able to integrate ways to resolve disputes and hostility and regulate demanding workflow in groups with decisiveness but also compassion.
Registration is $679 and includes an interactive in-depth workshop taught by industry professionals that lasts for eight hours. Trainers will conduct a forum, multiple lectures, role plays, and demonstrations. Participants will review case studies pertaining to the lessons. Groups will have sessions to brainstorm with partners and share their ideas along with other group activities such as a group project. Those who complete the class will earn an Educera Course Completion Certificate.
The Educera Conflict Management seminar will be on June 26, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Regus Business Center in Lakeland. Companies that teach corporate courses use graphic design to illustrate the learning material, whether it be clip art, purchased images, or their own creation
