Hispanic event to be held in Lakeland

A festival celebrating Hispanic heritage is taking place in Lakeland this October.

The Hispanic Festival will be an explosion of authentic culture and the arts. Patrons can look forward to music, food, and live entertainment. This is a family-friendly event that will feature performers such as singers Silverio Perez, Indio, and Bobby Valentin, and urban rock band Los DPR.

As the event celebrates its 24th year, attendees can expect new attractions such as a DJ, trajectories, and even more Spanish cultures present. These include countries such as Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and Cuba.

The event is an initiative by ER Events, a local company of event organizers that specializes in socials that aim to bring the Hispanic community together, such as exhibitions, presentations, and festivals. This festival is open to all Florida residents who would like to experience Hispanic gastronomy, art, and musical history.
