The Florida Run is hosting a 5K, 10K, and half marathon in Lakeland.
All of the races will take place at Colt Creek Park in an environment typical of the state. The start of each race will be next to Mac Lake on a flat path. It will continue to a thinner path with pine trees and greenery. This is when the races go in separate directions. Each trail length is a clearly marked pathway through grass with the occasional road, rock, or dirt terrain.
Registration for the 5K race is $45 until April 9 and $45 on race day. Signing up for the 10K is $55 until April 9 and $65 on race day, while registration for the half marathon is $70 until April 9 and $80 on race day.
Entrants can pick up their packets the day before from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Entry to the park is $4 but entrants who pick up their race packet the day before will not be charged twice to enter the park. Registration, entry to Colt Creek, and any race changes are payable by cash.
There will be awards ceremonies for each race, gender, and age group, and a mile-long Kids Run. Organizers will award every runner with a medal.
The Florida Run in Lakeland will be on April 11. The half marathon starts at 7:45 am. The 10K starts 10 minutes after the half marathon and the 5K starts 10 minutes later. Needless to say, be sure to check for updates regularly in light of the ongoing global health situation.
When an organization hosts multiple runs during the year, its Logo Design needs to be recognizable.
