A seafood wine and dine will take place in Lakeland this March, reaching out to all those who love food and wine pairings.
In this demonstration-style cooking class, the dishes prepared are inspired by the state of Florida. Also, the perfect combinations of dishes and wines are put together by chefs. Dishes being made are a lobster dish and a key lime and coconut tart.
This event is designed for adults, so over-18s are welcome, but participants must be 21 to drink alcohol. No children will be allowed into the event. Individuals will be able to enjoy the Menus and demonstrations, as well as ask pertinent questions.
The cost to attend the event is $75 for general admission, although tickets are purchased at the door they will cost $78. In order to receive a refund, individuals must cancel at least 72 hours before the class begins. Any individuals with questions are encouraged to call 863-647-4127.

The event will take place on Friday, March 10, and will begin at 6:30 pm and end at 8:30 pm. It will be at the Publix Aprons Cooking School on 4730 Florida Avenue South, Lakeland.
