Veterans throughout Jacksonville are being encouraged to attend an upcoming event designed to provide them with a host of professional networking opportunities. This one-day seminar applies to job seekers, employers, and all local businesses.
Network Launch has been created with the goal of offering individuals who served in the military with the skills required to pursue a rewarding professional career. Unlike similar events, the settings are more relaxed, so there will be little pressure throughout the day. Organizers claim that another purpose of this gathering is to bridge the gap between military and civilian communities.
Attendees are likely to include veterans who have recently left their branch of service, headhunters, business representatives, and entrepreneurs. It will last for two hours, and refreshments will be provided. This networking seminar is being presented by Project Solvers in tandem with Veterans Florida.
Events associated with professional networking opportunities often encourage visitors to proactively connect with others. Some well-known techniques include passing out Business Cards to interested parties, exchanging email addresses, or printing out resumes that can be passed on to prospective employers.
Jacksonville will be hosting Network Launch on Tuesday, November 3. Doors open at 5:30 PM, and the event will conclude at 7:30 PM. All activities are being hosted by the Fishweir Brewing Company located at 1183 Edgewood Avenue South. No tickets are needed, and everyone can participate for free.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards
