The 7th annual St. Johns Town Center Holiday Spectacular will be returning in mid-November.
The five-hour event will treat Jacksonville guests to music performances by local talent, fun, and plenty of shopping opportunities. Festivities also will include letters to Santa, oversized games, ornament decorating, costumed characters, and photo stations. Local restaurants and stores will have special deals, events, promotions, and giveaways.
The family activities will run from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and local performances will begin at 2:00 pm with the opening show at 6:00 pm and the Headliner show at 7:00 pm.
The evening’s grand finale will be the arrival of Santa Claus who will lead the official countdown to lighting the 32-foot Christmas tree. After the tree lighting attendees will need to look skyward for the Fireworks Finale.
After the fireworks, Santa will meet with everyone in his Santa House that will be located near Coach. Along with listening to wish lists, the Jolly old Elf will sit for pictures with guests. The photos will then be available for purchase.
Since holiday events like this will be so early in the season, pictures taken during them are often sent to local Stationery printers to become personalized Christmas cards.
St. Johns Town Center Holiday Spectacular will take place Saturday, November 11th from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at 4663 River City Drive.
