A series of relaxing events is continuing in Hialeah.
Cristal Rodriguez is the organizer and host of the SUNSET Sound Healing events, held periodically in Amelia Earhart Park. The sessions allow attendees to relax on the beach listening to healing sound vibrations at sunset.
Rodriguez will use chimes, singing bowls, and additional instruments to create a sense of deep relaxation. The beach environment provides space for release, stillness, and a chance to connect with nature’s beauty. Events of this kind benefit when organizers use flyer printing to create instruction sheets for attendees.
Sound baths and sound healing are ancient arts. Practitioners use instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to surround people with ambient sound, allowing them to relax. Meditation is often practiced at events like this.
Sound baths are rooted in ancient cultures in India, Greece, and Egypt, where chanting, drumming, and using specific instruments were considered powerful forces for aligning spirit, body, and mind.
This session is part of a series and will take place Friday, August 15 at 7:00 pm. Amelia Earhart Park is at 401 East 65th Street in Hialeah. The event is open to everyone, and refunds are available up to one day ahead of the session. Attendees should enter the park at the entrance to the soccer field, and will find the SUNSET Sound Healing event near the water left of the concession stand.
