A holiday-themed event aims to provide an exclusive experience.
Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is presenting its Vizcaya Late: Holiday Evening. Guests will experience the Main House and Gardens, engage in seasonal art activities, and enjoy live performances. Holiday Evening is sold out to the general public, but there is a limited number of tickets available for members. Members receive free admission and can also attend future Vizcaya Late events for free.
The estate first opened as a private home on Christmas Day in 1916, and the grounds will be decorated to reflect its historic holiday presentation. Garlands will adorn the Main House, and there will be an old-fashioned Christmas tree in the East Loggia. A dining table will be set in the Main House, decorated as it might have been a century ago. The gardens will also be illuminated.
Holiday lanterns and mini wreaths can be made as part of the art activities. Guests can also receive their own custom live typewritten poem by poet Oscar Fuentes. Vocal Youth Miami will present a program of songs inspired by winter and holiday traditions from across the globe. Hot chocolate will be offered to guests throughout the event.
Printing services can be used to get physical tickets for events like this.
Vizcaya Late: Holiday Evening will be held on December 17 at the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens near Hialeah, running from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
