Dunedin welcomes cool new business
Cold Stone Creamery has expanded to include a Dunedin location and will be welcomed to the community next month. Dunedin Chamber of Commerce members will gather at the new business for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and the chance to sample some summer treats.
The creamery is well-known for its freshly made ice cream and other frozen delights such as shakes, cakes and more. Ice cream products are made in store and often custom mixed with candies, fruit, nuts and other condiments.
Having been making ice cream for more than 30 years at almost 100 locations across the state, the new Dunedin location features both inside and outdoor seating and, for those who wish to skip the line-ups, they offer pickup and delivery services.
The Dunedin Chamber of Commerce has been promoting local businesses since 1926 and has over 500 members. It welcomes more than 18,000 people to its busy visitors center each year. The organization regularly recognizes new members of the business community with ribbon-cutting celebrations which serve as networking events.
