Dunedin Chamber to mark 100 years
The Dunedin Chamber of Commerce will celebrate a century in the community with its upcoming 100 Years Annual Dinner.
The gala event will feature dinner, honors, and awards, as well as prime networking opportunities. Business owners who attend events such as this frequently hand out business cards to promote their products and services.
The milestone celebration will begin with champagne and hors d’oeuvres, which guests can enjoy while listening to the music of professional cellist Liz Glushko. An elegant dinner will follow. Awards will be presented after the meal. Tickets for the centennial celebration can be purchased individually or for VIP tables of 10, a package which will include a range of included sponsorship and marketing opportunities.
The Dunedin Chamber of Commerce was started a century ago by a group of entrepreneurs who saw that the growing city needed an organized group to manage, promote and advocate for the business community. Today, it offers a range of services and benefits to its more than 500 members, including small and large businesses, corporations, non-profits and other community groups. The chamber also operates a busy visitors center which welcomed more than 18,000 people last year.
The Dunedin Chamber 100 Years Annual Dinner will be held on Friday, September 26 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Bon Appetit Restaurant at 148 Marina Plaza. Further information is available on the Chamber’s website.
