The Coral Springs Holiday Parade is right around the corner, and the theme for this year is ‘Joining Forces for the Holidays’.
The Grand Marshall this year is the 501st Legion Everglades Squad, which will be in full Star Wars costumes, including an appearance from villain Darth Vader.
The City of Coral Springs is providing opportunities for local companies to promote their business at the event. Companies will have a few different options on their sponsorship level.
The event is promoted via ads in local newspapers, social media, and the organizers will perhaps also use Print companies to provide Banners at the city entrances to let residents know the parade is coming. The Mayor’s Club level sponsorship also includes promotion of a business via Television, Master of Ceremonies Recognition, and, if sponsoring a band, the company’s name or provided logo design will be printed on the banner for the band.
Each year, several thousand attendees line up along Sample Road to view the dozens of decorated floats that compete for awards, and spectators can also enjoy local bands and other participants. For those that cannot attend, the event can be viewed during the month of December on Advanced Cable Communications Channel 11. All of this affords many opportunities for local businesses to get some advertising.
The parade will be held on December 9 at 7:00pm. Families can join a one-mile holiday run which starts at 6:15 pm prior to the parade. The rain date for this event will be December 10.
