Coral Springs runners will have two running options over the holiday season.
Coral Springs Holiday Mile will celebrate its 10th anniversary this year. The course will begin at the corner of Sample Road and Coral Springs Drive at CVS. Preregistration will be $15 and race day registration will be $20.
Awards will go to the top three winners in 20 age categories and to the top female and male overall. Awards will also go to the team having the most members, best team overall time, and largest school team.
The start time will be 6:15 am on Wednesday, December 14. Runners are encouraged to wear their Christmas racing finery, and to remain at the location afterwards to view the Coral Springs Holiday Parade.
The other running option will be the 2023 yearlong My Best Year Challenge Run Walk Bike - Coral Springs. This will be an opportunity for participants to roller skate, ski, swim, bike or walk to motivate themselves to get or remain in shape over the next year. Runners may begin logging their miles and continue adding miles as they run challenges over the new year.
Standard participation tickets are $45 and include 2023 My Best Year T-Shirts sporting the event’s logo design. Deluxe participation tickets are $115.
The 2023 My Best Year Run Walk Challenge - Coral Springs will begin at noon on January 1.
