The Educational Foundation and Regional Chamber of Commerce of Coral Springs Coconut Creek will be hosting its 16th annual fundraiser for the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. This year, the Grand Gala will be the Roaring ‘20s.
Over 250 North Broward, elected officials and well-known business professionals are expected to attend. After a multicourse dinner and a Food and Wine Showcase with its samplings of desserts and other delights provided by local restaurants, the gala will present its Business Awards. Guests can bid for their favorite items at the silent auction, have their pictures taken at the photo booth, visit the ice cream bar, and top the evening off with dancing.
Just as in previous years, proceeds from the evening will go to the Coral Springs Chamber Education Foundation. The $7,000 collected last year went to help over 500 high school students from DECA (Distributive Educations Clubs of America) and BPA (Business Professionals of America) clubs continue their business education. The event organizers hope to double that amount this year.
Platinum ($3,500), Gold ($2,000), Silver ($1,100) and Bronze ($550) sponsorship levels will get, among other incentives, the company’s name and logo design on a section at the gala and on the projection wall at the Food and Wine Showcase.
Roaring ‘20s Grand Gala will take place Friday, April 3 from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm at the Fr. Lauderdale/Coral Springs Marriott, 1175 Heron Bay Blvd.
