The 11th annual Home for the Holidays and Lighting Ceremony is taking place next month. Funds raised will benefit Ronald McDonald House of South Florida.
Ronald McDonald House is a facility that allows parents and their children, who are being treated at hospital for serious health issues, to live together as a family while away from home.
The event will feature food tastings from local restaurants and caterers, hard and soft drinks, live entertainment, and music. There will also be raffles, a DJ, a silent auction, and children's activities. Perhaps the highlight of the evening will be the lighting ceremony that will usher in the holiday season at Ronald McDonald House.
Sponsorships from $1,200 to $6,000 are available to local businesses and individuals; sponsors will be recognized at the event and in all marketing materials.
The Ronald McDonald House helps families from all over South Florida, including those from Coral Springs. Invitations, likely obtained from local Print companies, have been sent out to area residents and products like Flyers may also be used to advertise this event.
Home for the Holidays will take place at Ronald McDonald House of South Florida in Fort Lauderdale on December 6 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Tickets are $25 each, which includes two drink vouchers. Children aged 12 or younger are admitted free.
