Coral Springs to celebrate Juneteenth

The City of Coral Springs will be celebrating Juneteenth, in commemoration of the day slavery was abolished in the United States, in mid-June.

Community leaders will be talking about hope and the historical significance of the day, music performances will be presented on the stage, food trucks will be serving local goodies, and there will be plenty of arts and crafts tables to browse through. Everyone is encouraged to bring their own umbrellas and lawn chairs.

Sponsorships are still available, starting with the $500 Business Partner. This level will include a table in the reception area where companies may get their logo design and information about their products and services to the public, and the event webpage will display the company name. The $2,000 Beverage Sponsorship will include logo design on beverage cups, signage at the concession area and bar, and amenities included in the Business Partner sponsorship.

The $2,500 Photo Booth Sponsor will include a table by the photo booth, digital photo branding, and company information on the photo backdrop. Moving higher, the $5,000 Community Sponsor and the $10,000 Main Stage Sponsor will need to get their logo designs to the printers before the event flyer and poster printing get done.

The free Coral Springs Juneteenth Celebration will be between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm on Wednesday, June 19 at Coral Springs Center for the Arts, 2855 Coral Springs Drive.
